Man Sentenced to 25 Years for Murdering Wife and Stepdaughter in South Africa
A South African court has sentenced 63-year-old Paul Philipps Prinsloo to 25 years in prison for the premeditated murder of his wife, Magdalenne Prinsloo (58), and stepdaughter, Ruzanna Prinsloo (34).
According to the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), the incident occurred on November 27, 2023, at their home in Kosmo Village, Hartbeespoort. Prinsloo shot both victims during an argument before placing a Bible on his wife's body. A witness took the couple’s six-year-old grandchild to safety and alerted the police, leading to Prinsloo’s immediate arrest.
